The Southeastern Chester County Refuse Authority (SECCRA) created the E. Kneale Dockstader Foundation to honor Kneale Dockstader and to promote activities that enhance the natural environment in southern Chester County.
Grants and fund assets are administered by the Foundation’s seven-person Board of Directors, four of which are elected by SECCRA’s Board of Directors. SECCRA contributes at least $1.00 per ton of incoming waste it receives in order to fund the Foundation. This equates to well over $100,000 annually.
