The Dockstader Foundation actively promotes environmental activities in the municipalities of Southern Chester County served by SECCRA (Southeastern Chester County Refuse Authority). The Dockstader Foundation is named for E. Kneale Dockstader, former Chairman of SECCRA, who created the plan that established the community landfill in London Grove Township in 1986. Operating continuously since its establishment, SECCRA provides landfill and full-service recycling services to over ninety thousand residents.
