The Dockstader Foundation requires that Grantees submit a report(s) describing results of the grant. The report can be accessed through the grant application portal.
The deadline for reports (Progress or Final) is 18 months following award of the grant.
Grantees will be asked to address the following in the report:
- Goals and/or Expectations
- Outcome and Measurables. Using the metrics described in your grant provide supporting data
- Impact
- Budget. Actual project costs as compared to budget presented in the grant
- Visuals and publicity (if available)
